Terms
The short version: Digistore24 sells you the product, I make it. You can get a refund for 60 days. The programs are training education, not medical advice. A German summary is at the end.
1. Who sells the products
All paid products on goldeneradecoded.com are sold by Digistore24 (Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Deutschland, or an affiliated company depending on your country) as an authorized reseller and merchant of record. Your contract of sale is with Digistore24. Digistore24’s terms, privacy policy and cancellation policy apply and are linked in the order form. Digistore24 issues your invoice, collects any VAT or sales tax and processes payments and refunds. You’ll see “DIGISTORE24” on your statement.
The free Legend Starter and the quiz are provided by me, David Mansfeld (see Imprint).
2. What you get
- Digital products as PDF files, with tracking sheets where stated, available for download right after purchase.
- Your first name on the cover and your track (under 40 or over 40) marked inside. You can change both and download again.
- Prices in US dollars. For buyers in the EU, VAT is included. US sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout.
3. The Logbook Guarantee and refunds
Train the program for four weeks and log every session. If your logbook doesn’t show more weight or more reps than in week 1, or the program isn’t for you, request a refund within 60 days of purchase. Use the link in your Digistore24 order confirmation or email me. The guarantee applies to the Legend Programs, the add-ons and Through the Eras. It is in addition to your statutory rights.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers). For digital content, the order form asks you to agree that delivery starts immediately and to acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal then expires. The 60-day refund above still applies.
4. Upgrade price for Through the Eras
If you bought a Legend Program, you can get Through the Eras for $52 instead of $79, either right after your purchase or within 90 days of it through the personal link in your buyer emails.
5. Your license
You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the products for your own training. Please don’t share, resell or publish the files. Printing for your own use is fine, and encouraged.
6. Health and results
The programs are training education, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Strength training carries a risk of injury. Check with your doctor before you start, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, are over 40 and haven’t trained for a while, or take medication. Stop and get medical advice if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Results depend on you: your training, recovery, nutrition and genetics. I don’t promise specific results.
7. Sources and names
The programs are named after training types, not people. Legends are mentioned only historically, with sources, and summarized in my own words. Golden Era Decoded is not affiliated with or endorsed by Arnold Schwarzenegger, Frank Zane, the estates of Mike Mentzer or Steve Reeves, or any organization named on this site.
8. Contact
